How we handle your data
Amplifai for Innovators is operated by NZmark Pte Ltd, Singapore. All application data lives in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1). DPO: pdpa@n-z-mark.com.
Verification methodology
Amplifai independently verifies each organisation before its profile becomes visible to others. Registry filings, corporate documents, and product evidence are assessed off-platform by analysts. Only cleared organisations render the dated Verified badge. Regulatory class, clearance details, TRL evidence, and reimbursement claims are date-stamped and re-checked on program cadence.
Data residency & isolation
Application data is stored in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1). Each organisation only sees its own workspace; cross-organisation visibility is scoped to explicitly published fields and per-audience settings. Amplifai administrators may access records for verification, support, and program stewardship — this is logged and auditable.
Privacy notice
We collect identity and professional data, published profile content, Innovation Inquiries, and usage data — used to operate your seat and run the pathway. We never share identifying content across organisations except where you explicitly publish it. You may request access, correction, or withdrawal at any time via pdpa@n-z-mark.com.
Aggregation-of-5 rule
Amplifai publishes anonymised program-level insights (for example, quarterly demand signals). No aggregate is published for any segment smaller than 5 organisations, and no aggregate identifies you, your organisation, or your activity.
